Secom Flex is the first made-in-Italy platform designed and built to improve the quality of work in hospitals and nursing homes. Flex was born from the need to forward, track, record the entire flow of communications and alarms on mobile devices, detect the attendance of operators and alarms from the call system.

FLEX, Secom’s entirely designed app, is installed on smartphones/tablets manages and records all events in Secom facilities: nurses call, disoriented patients, alarm systems.

The platform provides the health care provider with a simple and intuitive yet comprehensive application that can provide the facility management with software with all the data, which can be consulted and downloaded from the web page.

Thus, the application allows full traceability of operators, calls, alarms, and logging of all events, routes with analysis and statistics and timelines for use by health facility managers
